HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?

How many sessions you will require depends on how much self-healing you have to accomplish. One session per month may be enough for you, or you may require weekly sessions over 2-6 months.

I will always be contactable via email or instant messaging if you have any important questions in between our coaching sessions.

If you purchase the Intense plan, you get a 2 hour initial coaching call, then 6 weeks of ongoing support to achieve optimum results, or get your money back.
