Updated: Jan 1, 2023

Are you suffering symptoms of toxicity, including constant cold and flu, or aches, pains and rashes?

Do you suffer with any of the symptoms below?

ARTHRITIS, ACHY PAINFUL JOINTS, ASTHMA, BRONCHITIS, CANCER, HIGH CHOLESTEROL, CLOGGED SINUSES, CONSTIPATION, IBS, DEPRESSION, DIABETES TYPE 2, ENDOMETRIOSIS, FTIGUE, FIBROMYALGIA, FREQUENT COLDS AND FLU, HEARTBURN, INDIGESTION, HEART DISEASE, RASHES, ECZEMA, KIDNEY CONDITIONS, OSTEOPOROSIS, THYROID ISSUES, WATER RETENTION, WEIGHT GAIN.

Chemicals that were perhaps designed to enhance our lives were introduced into our environment more than sixty years ago. Many have since been shown to be troublesome and irritating to the human body. Less than 10% of all chemicals in the environment have been evaluated for safety.

Environmental toxins disrupt normal metabolic function of the body, which over time can lead to a poor quality of life. This has led to an influx of conditions in recent years such as chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, autoimmune disorders, inflammatory diseases, infertility, and cancer.

Although we cannot avoid all exposure to chemicals, we do have certain choices about what we put into our mouths, onto our bodies and into our homes. We can choose to avoid junk food, high fat, high sugar foods, and packaged items that contain preservatives. We can choose to not eat produce that is grown with the use of pesticides and insecticides. We can use less plastic. We can try avoiding harmful chemicals that are in pharmaceutical drugs. We can reduce radiation in the home, by using fewer smart devices, and the use of microwaves to heat food. We can also reduce the use of chemicals in the home, including sprays and air fresheners.

Having a stress-free environment is also important, as adrenaline, although helpful in certain circumstances, can cause acidic waste in the body over a prolonged period of time. These are all great steps to help reduce toxic overload in the body.

Most things that do not come from nature itself, will ultimately cause irritation in the human body, in the short term or over many years of buildup. We should try our best to avoid getting sick in the future, and make sure our body is in a fit healthy state, and able to clear out any toxins or bacteria that may become a problem if left to manifest.
